Mission and goals

The UNESCO AGH Chair for Science, Technology, and Engineering Education is the first entity in Poland under UNESCO auspices to inspire, coordinate, and support the exchange and transfer of engineering knowledge and practice, as well as university-level education in the field of technical sciences, internationally, particularly for developing countries.

The UNESCO AGH Chair's goal is to promote, inspire, and coordinate an integrated system of research, training, and university-level education, as well as information and documentation in the areas of science, technology, and technical education. The activities of the UNESCO AGH Chair align with the priorities of UNESCO and AGH University and are addressed to partners worldwide.
